若要找三個形容詞—「溫暖、從容、親切」是別人對於我的看法，而「包容力、觀察力及機伶」，

則是我眼中的自己。我嚮往自由，喜歡享受生活，活在當下總讓我覺得快活。

上大學後，我一直在挑戰「做自己」，這對於總以他人建議為優先的我相當困難，

於是我大量接觸了心理學，從中瞭解自己，去改變，甚至進而瞭解別人，這是我的興趣之一。

​

如果喜歡打羽球、慢跑，或是喜歡唱歌與攝影，又或者喜歡觀星、接觸大自然，都歡迎找上我。

To find three adjectives - "warm, calm, and kind" is what others think of me,

and " tolerant, observant and smart ",it is myself in my eyes. I yearn for freedom and like to enjoy life. Living in the moment always makes me feel happy.

After going to college, I have been challenging to "be yourself",

which is quite difficult for me, who always prioritize the suggestions of others.

So I came into contact with psychology a lot, from which to understand myself, to change,

and even to understand others, this is one of my interests.
